Garage door removed and the window being removed. I ended up staying down at the lake last night because there was a tarp over the garage door because the new sliding door couldn't go in until today. It was cold but I had a heater in my room so sleeping was fine. 
Floor didn't get grouted yesterday, too cold.
Window from the outside. We will paint the house at some point.
New window from the inside. No screens installed yet though.
