Our trip to New York was nice. It rained hard on the drive there but we made it okay although there was a car spinning in front of us right before we got to Pittsford. I thought we were going to be in an accident but it worked out okay.

Turkey day was relaxing and we had a great meal. Aunt Nancy and Uncle Bob came over.

Friday we went to the Rochester Planetarium and watched a movie about beavers on the curved ceiling. It was fun, I remember going to a planetarium when I was young. Afterwards, we met Sarah's dad at The Dinosaur, my favorite restaurant in Rochester. It's a BBQ joint and they have a lot of beers on tap.

Saturday night was Sarah's ten year high school reunion. We went out to a nice dinner beforehand and the reunion wasn't bad at all. Sarah had fun, I mostly watched the Kansas v. Missouri game on tv.

We left Pittsford around 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. It's a long drive but worth it. Here are some photos.

Here are some random photos from this weekend when I was gone. No rest for the tired, I leave for Milwaukee tomorrow morning for the Midwest Governor's Association Energy Summit. That's only a one nighter though.

When we were leaving Wilmington, NC yesterday, Tony Hawk was in our gate area. I know who Tony Hawk is but wouldn't recognize him if he had sat down next to me. But people were coming up to him asking for autographs. He had a couple of his kids with him and some punker with purple hair. A few of them had skateboards that they carried on to my flight.

So I get to Charlotte and I'm walking to my gate and I hear an announcement over the loudspeaker. Will the person who left their skateboard on the incoming flight from Wilmington please return to the gate to pick it up. Hilarious, the biggest skateboarder in the world forgot to take his board with him. Or more likely the purple headed stoner did.

In case you can't figure it out, Jack is now able to stand. He just started crawling two weeks ago. Next stop, walking I guess.

Not a lot going on. Henry's first basketball class was tonight at the YMCA. He did great as always. I'm off to Chicago tomorrow for a lunch meeting, way too far to go for an hour meeting, then headed to Myrtle Beach Friday for my annual golf trip.
