I have a cold, probably the 4th one I've had this winter. All have come on the heels of one of the kids cold so I'm assuming I'm getting them that way. Regardless, its a pain. I took Zycam last night and it actually seems to have moved this cold along quite a bit so I'm going to recommend it. You put some goop in your nose at the first signs of a cold and I believe its agent is zinc that's supposed to help. I'm going to put some more in this morning and hope I get better from Mitch Daniels Inauguration tomorrow in Indianapolis.
