Every day there is a front page story in the newspaper about the Bush administration firing eight U.S. prosecutors. First, what's the big deal? This is totally within his rights. Governor Strickland has fired hundreds, maybe thousands of unclassified "Republicans" in Ohio government and no one is raising a stink because that is his right as a democrat Governor.
I've yet to read in the Dispatch (at least) the fact that Clinton fired every single prosecutor when he was President, 93 in all. Of course, when the media has an agenda to discredit a guy why would you bring that up? It would remind people that this is done often.
